How to enrol
Programme registration after you downloaded or ordered an information pack by post.
Before submitting your registration form you are advised to confirm the availability of the programme of your choice by contacting the administration office. It is recommended to submit your application at least three months in advance of programme commencement in order to secure your place.
Step 1
Complete all fields of the registration form and sign it. Read and initial the registration agreement on the reverse side of the registration form. Make sure that you have read and understood all the relevant course details, such as course commencement date, total course cost, class number and class times as found in the cover page included with the information package. If in doubt, please contact the administration office.
Step 2
Mail the registration form to the institute of your choice and include one passport size photographs. The Registration Form is part of our course details brochure in the information package.
Step 3
Transfer the registration fee to the bank account of the relevant Institute, referring to your name and course name. You may also choose to make the registration payment through PIN or creditcard (Mastercard or VISA) at the institute of your choice. Payment of the registration fee is a confirmed place in the course.
At this stage you will receive a letter and email with an invitation for an intake interview * and further instructions. Please read carefully.
Step 4
In order to proceed with your application, arrange an appointment with the programme coordinator for an intake interview. This procedure is described in the letter confirming your registration, as described above.
Step 5
Final step. Following a successful intake meeting (Diploma and Degree programs only), you will receive written confirmation of your course placement. Your first tuition payment should be received by the Institute no later than one month prior to course commencement, unless you have arranged other conditions with the Institute's management.
International students
For Non-EU students: Please note that based on your registration at SAE Institute you will not be granted a student Visa for the Netherlands. SAE Institute is not recognized by the Dutch Ministry of Education. Accreditation options are currently considered. More information through the college manager.
